Lavender Essential Oil
A daily dose of calm slumber.
When we are beset by the demands of the world, sometimes all we need is a hint of Lavandula Angustifolia, more widely known as lavender. Lavender brings more than its soothing and calming fragrance to the table. Other than the fact that it was used as a holy herb in ancient times, there are many health benefits of lavender, especially its effect on stress levels. Lavender has sedative qualities, encouraging good quality sleep that we all yearn for at the end of the day.
